What do I wear when going to a day spa?
Your normal clothing is fine, a robe, slippers and under basket are provided for you to get changed into and place your belongings. You may elect to have your treatment with your own attire on if you feel more comfortable like bathers and keeping your undergarments on which is also fine.
Are body scrubs bad for my skin?
Yes and no, in most cases no, as they have a lot of benefits to your skin but scrubs that contain larger particles like shells or apricot kernels may be sharp, cause discomfort or even harm the skin. Most professional exfoliation solutions contain round spheres that will exfoliate your skin without any harm.
What happens if I have a physical disability or allergies?
Please notify us upon your treatment and our therapists will do our best to accommodate your needs and recommend any products that should not be used.
Are day spa services ok for pregnant women?
Absolutely, day spa visits are great for pregnant women as it takes the edge off dealing with hormonal changes and additional stress caused by pregnancy.

Laser hair removal is safe and effective for most people, on some occasions it can be a bit discomforting on certain areas of your body due to the laser penetrating the skin. We recommend not getting this treatment if you are pregnant and should be avoided near the eyes.

For the preparation you want to shave prior to your treatment, we recommend two days beforehand, we want little stubble to be present but not long hairs.

You should expect to see some redness, a little swelling and some warmth. We recommend applying an ice pack or some steroid cream to put on after to calm down the swelling.
