Our Treatments and Services

Laser Skin Aesthetics will not refund any part of a good or service which I purchase or agree to purchase for future use and if I purchase a package of treatments for future use, the cost of the package or any unused portion of the package is non-refundable. Any unused portion of the package will be forfeited by me if it is unused by me before the expiry date which I agree to with Laser Skin Aesthetics as being the expiry date at the time of purchase or within a reasonable time if no expiry date is stipulated or agreed. This is subject to the relevant applicable Australian Consumer Law which, in general terms, provides for a refund when a good or service provided fails to meet a consumer guarantee as provided for by the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Products

If you've received a faulty product and you would like to exchange it or get a refund for any other reason, please contact us within 72 hours.

For our Skin Products, we are happy to refund you for a change of mind, if our skin products have been opened, we cannot exchange or refund you.

For our Therapeutic Products, We would ask you to send us a photo and we will also advise you of details on how to return the box and contents. Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the candle has been burnt and packaging must not be damaged.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. The customer must provide us with the tracking number of the shipping.

We will process all refunds within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
